BSE, Meesho Take SME IPO Awareness Drive To Delhi-NCR Sellers
For small businesses that have grown through digital commerce, the next phase of expansion increasingly raises a different question: where does growth capital come from? BSE and Meesho are looking to bring public-market awareness into that conversation.
The two companies have taken Project Shikhar to New Delhi through a two-day programme aimed at helping sellers on the Meesho platform understand the SME listing ecosystem and what it takes to prepare a business for accessing public markets.
The programme covered listing eligibility, financial preparedness, corporate governance, compliance, disclosures and the role played by intermediaries during an SME listing.
Taking SME IPO Awareness To Digital Sellers
Project Shikhar was launched by BSE and Meesho in June 2026 to help eligible micro, small and medium enterprises explore capital markets as a potential source of growth funding.
The Delhi programme was the first on-ground engagement under the initiative since its launch.
