Blackbaud Opens Second Hyderabad Office, Expands India Technology And Customer Operations
Blackbaud has opened its second office in Hyderabad as the AI-powered technology provider expands its India operations, with the new Financial District facility set to support its growing customer operations organisation and create capacity for further hiring.
The 45,000-square-foot facility adds to Blackbaud’s existing presence in HITEC City, which houses teams working across product management, enterprise technology, data engineering, and research and development. The company said the two offices will together support technology, customer, and business functions across its global operations.
Blackbaud expects its India workforce to continue growing, with investments focused on areas including AI and cloud technologies. The company said India will play a larger role in product development, innovation, global operations, and customer support.
