Best iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max Cases of 2026 - CNET

Unlike previous years, Apple only launched Pro models of its new iPhone 18 series for 2026, eschewing the entry-level iPhone 18 along with a Plus model and an upgrade to the iPhone Air. Instead, Apple dropped its first foldable phone, the iPhone Duo. To be clear, the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max look very similar to their iPhone 17 Pro series predecessors, just with a thicker camera bump (5mm compared with 4.4mm for the iPhone 17 Pro), which in turn makes it a little thicker overall at the top. I’ve tested all the cases in this roundup and will add new top iPhone 18 Pro cases to the list as my testing continues.
