Benevolve Uses AI Skills Intelligence for Festive Workforce Planning
As the festive season drives heightened demand across consumer, retail and e-commerce businesses, Benevolve is highlighting the role of AI-powered workforce and skills intelligence in helping organizations look beyond headcount to workforce capabilities, redeployment opportunities and operational readiness.
According to a September 2026 report by NLB Services, festive hiring in India is expected to grow 15–20% this year, generating 2–2.5 lakh seasonal and gig jobs between July and December, with Tier II and III cities accounting for around 45% of that demand.
