Atlassian Team 26 – Service Collection doubles down on AI‑powered service, ops and asset management

With so much going on at Team 26, it was great to sit down with Shamik Sharma, head of product for Atlassian’s Service Collection suite to talk about its product announcements, and focus on what he sees as the most significant ones.

Service Collection is one of Atlassian’s fastest growing segments, with a growth rate of more than 30% year on year. Its portfolio includes Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, and Atlassian’s Rovo AI platform. It made $1.1bn in revenue in the last fiscal year, and has 65,000 customers including 50% of the Fortune 500.

The main product announcements fell into three areas - core ITSM improvements, improving employee service experiences using AI, and resolving incidents and operations with AI.
