When music streaming services first appeared, the need to buy songs or albums from services like iTunes evaporated. Yet, at $12 a month, Apple Music service is an affordable way to combine streaming over 100 million songs in lossless quality, or even spatial, with the ability to listen to your old iTunes library. Compared to its competitors, namely Spotify, Apple Music doesn’t have any fancy features like audiobooks or podcasts to speak of, and this simplicity is attractive in its own way.
