Anthropic Expands Project Glasswing To 150 Global Partners

Anthropic has expanded Project Glasswing, its collaborative cybersecurity program, from 50 initial partners to about 150 organisations across more than 15 countries. The initiative provides access to Claude Mythos Preview, a powerful AI model designed to scan codebases and identify vulnerabilities. Early partners reported finding over 10,000 high‑severity flaws, underscoring the scale of risk in critical infrastructure software.

The new cohort includes industries such as power, water, healthcare, communications, and hardware sectors where a single breach could affect more than 100 million people. Many of the new partners are vendors maintaining codebases relied upon globally, including by governments. Anthropic’s expansion signals a deliberate move to place AI at the centre of defending systems that underpin national and global security.
