Anthropic has expanded Project Glasswing, its collaborative cybersecurity program, from 50 initial partners to about 150 organisations across more than 15 countries. Many of the new partners are vendors maintaining codebases relied upon globally, including by governments. Anthropic’s expansion signals a deliberate move to place AI at the centre of defending systems that underpin national and global security.
