Amazon Great Freedom Sale 2026 Set to Launch August 7 With Bank Discounts and Electronics Offers

Amazon India has officially announced the return of its annual Independence Day shopping event, the Amazon Great Freedom Sale 2026. Scheduled to launch on August 7, the promotional sale will feature substantial savings across major technology and consumer electronics categories, including smartphones, laptops, smart TVs, home appliances, and personal audio gear.

Bank Offers and Financial Savings

To maximize customer savings, Amazon has partnered with HDFC Bank to provide an instant 10 percent discount for credit cardholders and eligible EasyEMI transactions. Additionally, Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card users will receive 5 percent unlimited cashback. Shoppers can also take advantage of no-cost EMI options and trade-in allowances through the platform’s Exchange Mela program to further reduce out-of-pocket costs.
