Alif Semi Lowers the Barrier to Entry for Ensemble, Balletto TinyML Projects with New $49 StartKits
Low-power edge intelligence specialist Alif Semiconductor has announced two new "StartKit" boards, designed to provide an easy platform for experimenting with its Ensemble and Balletto microcontrollers — priced at just $49.
"At Alif, we truly believe that adding intelligence to embedded devices is the way of the future," says Alif Semiconductor's Mark Rootz by way of introduction to the new hardware. "In 2021 we introduced the first NPU [Neural Processing Unit]-enabled microcontrollers to the market, and with today's introduction of the StartKit platform, we are making this next-generation technology accessible to everyone."
