AI Startup Dailoqa Appoints Microsoft's Sonali Kulkarni
AI startup Dailoqa has appointed former Microsoft India and South Asia BFSI country head Sonali Kulkarni as partner, strengthening its leadership team as it expands its enterprise agentic AI business for financial institutions.
Kulkarni will lead business development and functional strategy while helping scale Dailoqa's enterprise AI platform across India and international markets, including the UAE, the UK, Australia, ASEAN, Africa and Switzerland.
Her appointment comes after more than two decades of experience in banking and financial services technology, where she has worked on digital transformation initiatives across banks, insurers and financial institutions.
Most recently, Kulkarni led Microsoft's Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) business for India and South Asia, focusing on enterprise AI adoption. Before Microsoft, she spent over a decade at Accenture, where she served as managing director leading the Financial Services practice in India. She has also held leadership roles at EY and GE Capital.
