While the industry writes quantum resistance into roadmaps, QoreChain points to a transaction hash: the first transfer in blockchain history secured end to end with the complete NIST-standardized post-quantum stack, ML-DSA-87, ML-KEM-1024 and SHAKE-256 at their highest security levels, produced on July 2 on a live Layer 1 and verifiable by any independent ML-DSA-87 library. The network behind it runs EVM, CosmWasm and SVM on one state layer with no internal bridges, settles with deterministic one-block finality, and publishes its code under Apache-2.0 so the claims can be compiled rather than believed. QOR begins trading on MEXC on August 20 at 13:00 UTC, following a 3,000,000 QOR Kickstarter airdrop.
