Crypto companies keep buying rebrands like furniture: delivered, installed, done. In a market that changes every month, that's how a brand starts dying the week it launches.

Six months after a launch, the founder comes back. Something's off, and they can't quite name it.

Here's a version I see a lot. A stablecoin issuer rebrands, looks sharp, ships it. Then they open a new EU market, and now they need a proof-of-reserves page and a regulated-entity disclosure in the footer of every screen. None of that existed at launch. The brand system has no answer for a dense, legal, trust-heavy layout. It was designed for a clean marketing site, not a compliance surface. So someone on the team bolts it on.
