Aethir, a decentralized graphics processing unit (GPU) infrastructure firm, announced the May 23 retail release of Aethir Edge, an edge computing device powered by Qualcomm.

Aethir Edge is integrated with Aethir’s distributed cloud infrastructure, which offers GPUs as a service to customers who need AI processing.

With Aethir Edge, users worldwide can earn rewards by sparing bandwidth, IP addresses, and computing power. By pooling localized resources, Aethir Edge makes elite computing power accessible to all while enabling implementations across various industries, such as gaming, AI, VR/AR, and real-time streaming.
